This apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a full kitchen fully equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, heat/air conditioning, computer desk, and windows. The living room includes a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall.
Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500.
Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is within walking distance of the subway line on 2nd Avenue (86th Street) and the 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th Street and Lexington Avenue), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops, and various stores. A laundry store is conveniently located next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner, along with many restaurants and supermarkets.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue.
