A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases requiring 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. Check-in requires coordination at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos as updates are periodically made. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No smoking, no parties, and pets must be approved in advance.
