Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside or outside the property, and any violation will result in the automatic loss of the security deposit. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. All guests must respect the number of guests specified in the reservation. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. Flushing anything other than toilet paper is prohibited and may result in charges for damages.
