The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, with the master bedroom boasting two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. The living room offers a convertible sofa bed, coffee table, and a flat TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and cost $350 per month, with a rate of $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies, and additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
Situated in the heart of Manhattan's Upper East Side, this apartment is within walking distance of the new subway line on 2nd Avenue at 86th Street and the 4, 5, 6 subway station at 77th or 86th Street and Lex. The M79 cross-town bus is also nearby. Enjoy easy access to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours prior to check-in to ensure a smooth process. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos, but the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No smoking, loud music, or parties are allowed, and violations may incur penalties.
