The building is a classic NYC walk-up with three flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. Parties of any kind are expressly forbidden and violation will lead to immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional charges for any resultant damages. Smoking is prohibited within the property, and non-compliance will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am daily. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Please report any pest sightings immediately. In the event of a minor clog, guests are encouraged to attempt resolving the issue with the provided plunger. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. In cases where plumbing issues are found to be a result of negligence, a plumbing service fee of $350 will be applied. Please turn off lights, electronics, and air conditioning units when they are not in use or when leaving the property. For long-term stays exceeding 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning service is required at an additional fee of $150. Guests are requested to refrain from having personal mail or packages delivered to the property. Do not rearrange the furniture or remove any items from the property, and avoid attaching any decorations or items to the walls or ceilings that could cause damage. Please bag all household garbage and trash before placing it in the designated waste bin. Recycling of paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals is encouraged.
