his one bedroom unit in Harlem is warm and spacious. There are large closets in the living room and bedroom, including a separate linen closet with shelves from floor to ceiling. The kitchen has two entryways and cabinets that line both walls on top and bottom. The living room fits an oversized sofa comfortably, as well as other living room furniture. Both living room and bed room are cable ready and both have sleeves for AC units. Laundry in building. One drawback is the white tile floors all... throughout the apartment. They are incredibly difficult to keep clean. Also, each tenet is responsible for installing screens on the windows. Still, the best feature is the balcony and view. My apartment faces a park with an illuminated baseball field. The view also includes the Harlem River, 145th St Bridge, and even the GW Bridge off in the distance.
