Pros: Relatively renovated units (W/D, dishwasher, etc.), elevator building, relatively clean trash room on every floor, safe area

Cons: Old looking hallways, not very convenient to any major subways, extremely slow response times/lack of care from management, lots of maintenance issues (both with elevators, gym equipment, and in-unit), saw 2 cockroaches on the 11th floor, some of the doormen are not that friendly

We moved into a newly renovated apartment. Every aspect of the building was immaculate and the apartment seemed to match. As the weeks went on, we did discover a number of things that didn't work properly. Although it was slightly annoying, management was very quick to fix anything that was below our standards. The doormen are great. They are really friendly and personable, but also give you space. The gym is nice, but a little small. We had no broker fee which is a rarity in the city (we contacted the apartment directly). We converted a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom and have had no problems with neighbors. Doormen know us and are very frinedly. The gym/lounge area is never busy and has two televisions to watch sports/shows. Definitely recommend living here. The only downside is that the elevators have small issues sometimes (they were closed down the week we moved in).
