Spacious 1 Bedroom in Washington Heights

This is a great co-op building adjacent to the express A train (~25 minutes to midtown) and adjacent to Fort Tryon Park (~5 minute walk to Cloisters Museum). The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom with a decent sized living room / kitchen. Apartment has modern finishings...new appliances, crown molding, nice bathroom tile. Building is safe, 24 hour video surveillance. Love this neighborhood, family friendly....lots of children, families, strollers, dogs.
