Well maintained, safe and great rooftop for the summer
I've lived here for over 7 months and overall, have enjoyed my time here.
There's an on-site laundry with plenty of machines, 3 lifts (although very very slow), common areas are kept clean, and the rooftop which is opened for only a few months over the summer is a great extra.
I've been told the rent is due to increase by 8% each year so that may be the only issue stopping us from renewing as it's already at the top of our budget.
