Unbelievable views, lackluster facilities and services
We've been living in the same apartment in this building for five years, and while the view has been its biggest selling point, the long lines for the elevator, newly established rule that clean laundry is no longer delivered to your doorstep, smelly hallways and overcrowding of apartments make it difficult to regard this is a true luxury dwelling. The apartments are also being renovated, which allow the landlords too raise the rent.

Great doormen
I never been to a place that made me feel so welcomed. Growing up in a bad neighborhood and then moving here raising my sons with my wonderful wife. Apartment is kind of small with a family of 4. A bit pricy for the work I do but to come home to a great staff who treats you like family priceless.
