Transportation is great, as you're only a 5 minute walk from the 4,5,N, R and 1 trains!

They don't give back security deposit 2 months after lease end
It's been 2 months and they have not given back my security deposit, even though I left the apartment in perfect condition. The management that handles this is extremely irresponsible.

This is actually not true. Your security deposit refund got lost in the mail-it happens, so we put a stop on that check and issued you a new check, which you picked up from our main office. We are very diligent about always returning security... deposits in a timely manner, but very rarely, a check can get lost in the mail, which is out of our control.

In the center of all things amazing
My two bedroom two bath corner apartment has great views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Ample sunlight enters via the kitchen and living room windows . The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is a reasonable equipped gym on level c. There is a beautifully landscaped center courtyard that is well suited for dinning alfresco or lounging and enjoying the water views. There is a free shuttle that travels the length of battery park city all the way to the south street seaport.... 50 battery place is convieniently located to mass transportation including the 4,5,n,r and 1 train. Additionally there are several buses including several express busses.
