Triplex for the rent poor

I love my little stupid quirky NYC apartment which I have lived in for 27 years
It is a tiny triplex :at the entry level there is a kitchen so small there is no room to change your mind in it and a bathroom and coat closet.
If you walk down stairs there is a living room/ dining area with sliding glass doors to a balcony the size of a forever stamp.
If you go upstairs from the entry level there is a bedroom with sliding glass doors leading to nothing but certain death as it is on the 5th floor. ... My landlord is not offering me a lease renewal so they can gut my apartment after 27 years of my occupancy and charge even more ridiculous rent.
