Great value at this building because you can get access to amazing amenities. 2 Rooftop lounges, a billiards room, fitness center, a spa, business center, and even a podcast room. The staff is very nice & want to help. The apartments have high ceilings and are brand new (built in 2023).

This is an amazing building in Manhattan. Has all the amenities and 10 minutes on the subway to midtown. No brainer for fully furnished and easy move in!
