Great community. Clean amenities and excellent on site building management. I do wish there were more activities to bring the community together.

Enjoy the residents in my building. Would like to see the garbage problem improve, cleanliness of the buildings improve and overall communication with management improve.

We are excited about the new management changes and hope to see more activities and an updated community calendar of events. The broken pool heater has been a bummer and hope it gets replaced soon. Overall, we enjoy living here.

Recent activities were welcomed after not much happening last year. So disappointed that the condition of the pool was allowed to lapse. The issues being addressed were known last year and now the opening and heating of the pool has been delayed indefinitely.

We really love the apartments. They are new and well maintained for the most part. It's quiet and the fellow tenants are warm and friendly.
It is, however, very expensive. They also raise the the rent quite a bit each year. I've never understood why, if you have good tenants, why you would continually raise their rent. Eventually, you will price them out, and then what do you get?
A few things could be improved. The common spaces aren't cleaned often enough. They painted the hallways... recently, but didn't paint the trash closets. They don't replace like for like often when they fix things, so things look weird.
It would also be nice to have a couple of private rooms for use for remote work. They have a conference room that is supposed to be one of the amenities, but it's always locked and only used by the employees.
All that being said, for the area, it's quiet and comfortable. It would just be nice if they improved a few things.
