The Best of The Best

I've lived at Summit lane for the last 10 months or so. I've rented from other places in the past, and none of them even come close to my experience here. Beautiful apartments inside and out, well-maintained (with friendly staff!) and I can say that I truly love coming home every evening. Everyone is friendly, apartments are SUPER quiet, I've rarely had issues with parking. I've been pleasantly surprised with how much notice and attentiveness the management gives for maintenance… services/repaving/etc. I wish I could stay here for years to come, but I will be moving within the year; I already know nothing will compare to Summit Lane! They definitely set the standard.

There are no coincidences

I had been looking for an apartment for many many months. I was separating from my husband and I was leaving a beautiful home with a beautiful view and all of the comforts I was used to. I had used all of the major "real estate rental" sites that I could find and nothing measured up to what I was looking for and I refused to settle. One evening I saw a commercial for apartments.com and this "feeling" came over me. I had never seen, or heard of, apartments.com before, and I thought I would give… it a try. As soon as I punched in my criteria, Summit Lane Luxury Apartments came up. The complex was only 15 minutes from where I was currently living. It was closer to the main highway which kept my commute to work unchanged. I called the next day and went to view the models of the complex because the units were still being built. I loved what I saw, I loved the amenities, and I was able to choose my unit. Within 24 hours of logging onto apartments.com, I put a deposit on a unit and the next chapter of my life has begun. I moved in on August 1st and I LOVE my new home. I never would have known this opportunity existed if it wasn't for apartments.com. Thank you for coming to me at the right time in my life!
