SO cool!!

Such a cool place to live!! I honestly love the views from the upstairs lounges in the morning, you can see the campus and basically the whole valley from the top of the hill!
The bus picking us up right here is also a HUGE plus because I don’t have to walk all the way down to campus lol. And the free coffee is definitely a bonus and saves me a Starbucks run.
Jerid and Matt are always putting on fun events, and the Friday dinners are seriously so good!! Definitely one of the best places to stay… in Oneonta!

Fun place, great staff

Honestly such a great place to live! Everything is really clean and nice, and it feels pretty new. There’s also a lot of fun stuff to do in the clubhouse and courtyard, and I really like all the events, games, and giveaways they have. It’s nice having things to do and win prizes too.
The guys in the office are also really nice and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue or needed anything. They’re always willing to help and make things better. I’d definitely recommend to anyone going to school or… working in the area!

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Hillside Commons. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. If anyone is looking for a close-by off-campus housing option in Oneonta, I highly recommend it!

BEST in Oneonta!!!

This is easily one of the top apartment communities in Oneonta. The management team truly cares about providing a great living environment, and it shows in how clean, well-maintained, and inviting the property always is. The amenities are fantastic, including a fully equipped fitness center, movie room, clubhouse, multiple study areas, and an impressive courtyard featuring grills and pizza ovens (plus space to hangout in the hammocks) The apartments are roomy, with private bathrooms and the… convenience of having a washer and dryer right inside the unit. With utilities and several services included, it's an excellent value and a place I would highly recommend to anyone searching for comfortable, long-term housing and a fresh cup of coffee in the morning!

Incredible place!

I’ve had a great experience living at Hillside Commons. The apartments are clean, modern, and fully furnished, and having a private bathroom and in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym and study spaces), and the shuttle to campus is super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and really nice place to live near campus. I’d definitely recommend it.
