Orchard Grove Apartments

I rented here from 2021 through 2023 and had such a phenomenal experience, that when I moved back to OP a month ago I knew I had to live here again. I originally rented a 1-bedroom apartment, and just moved into a 2-story townhome. Both units were freshly cleaned and painted before I moved in, and the carpets were in perfect shape.
I can't say enough good things, thank you for all that you do for your residents!

Extremely spacious property with vibrant landscaping throughout, creating a park-like setting. The residents are very friendly, the property is extremely clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone looking to live near the new Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park!

It's all about how much money they can get out of you. It costs more than it's worth, neighbors with dogs off leash, entitled people parking wherever they want, a lot of sound transfer from other apartments. Don't expect to get all of your security deposit back. And with more of the complex being built, it's just going to get more crowded
