I have had the pleasure of living in Fairfield for [insert time period] and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly community and the peaceful surroundings. The rental property was well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for, making it a comfortable place to call home.

The location is unbeatable – close to public transportation, shops, parks, and great schools. It’s the perfect balance of tranquility and... convenience. I particularly appreciated the excellent management team specially for Kevin who were always responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth living experience.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience getting our apartment at East Patchogue Fairfield Celeste who was in charge of our lease took absolutely care of us, was very thoughtful profesional and went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. A lovely place for good people!

Greenbriar Apartments (the name before Fairfield took over) was managed terribly and poorly maintained. Then when Fairfield bought the property it took a turn for even worse. Management cares even less and doesn’t even return phone calls. If you’re lucky you’ll get an obscure email from someone who has nothing to do with the apartment complex. They ignore complaints and requests. They care only about renovating the old apartments at the expense of the experience of tenants. I’m currently writing... this listening to the sound of a team of workers banging with hammers as loud as possible at 8am on a Monday. My water has also been shut off 4 times with no warning either with me already in the shower or minutes before I need to use it. Management claimed an emergency and ignored my phone calls and complaints. 4 times is an emergency? I expect more “sudden emergencies” in the near future. I will never move to a Fairfield ever again. Highly unprofessional. At least Greenbriar warned us when they were conducting maintenance so we could plan our days before running into a crisis. I rented here and this is the worse apartment complex company. The people in the office are rude and have such bad attitudes, they are no help. When you try to get information they transfer you to everyone in the office. I have been transferred to 8 different people multiple times with no help and no end conclusion. I do not recommend renting from Fairfield. It took me over 60 days to receive my security check back plus more days. After I received my check they put a alert on the check as well... as a restriction which did not let me deposit my check into my account. I do not recommend fair field properties they are the worse business people and nasty people working in the office. There rent charges are expensive and not worth it to live there. Read More
