Renaissance Bay

I have lived here for about 15 years and have to say love the new office management! Cheryl is always so lovely no matter how difficult a situation is she is approachable and helpful. Cheryl definitely gets things taking care of in a very timely fashion!. This is my home and I enjoy living here maintenance is always friendly and helpful , the events are fun and a great way to see my neighbors since we all have hectic lives! Would definitely recommend the complex

I have lived at Renaissance Bay in Patchogue for the past 3 years. I renewed an 18 month lease because I was very happy living here for the first year. I dealt with Nicole and Jennifer my first year with some issues which were solved immediately. They really knew excellent customer service and how to deal with the tenants.

During my second year, I met Cheryl and she exceeded my expectations, even more so. She couldn't do enough for me each time I spoke to her. Each of my concerns, which... weren't many, were solved in the quickest way possible and to my delight made me very pleased.

I would recommend Renaissance Bay highly for all families.
The amenities are great. Take advantage of them. There is plenty of do.

I have lived at Renaissance Bay for almost three years. They have made incredible improvements to the gym, the pool and all of the community areas.

The staff is amazing. They try to bring in food trucks and vendors and they do everything they can to make our living experience wonderful.

The maintenance staff is AWESOME. They are responsive and get issues fixed quickly.

I've lived in many complexes and this one is the only one that feels like an actual home.

My husband and I moved into RB 2 months ago and we absolutely love it!! The apartments have been beautifully renovated. The open floor plan is one of the best I have seen for apartments on Long Island. Plenty of closet and cabinet space, the walk in pantry is an amazing bonus! The area is quiet; we don’t hear our neighbors from our apartment which was very important to us when picking a place. The staff is exceptional. If something needs to be fixed you put in a request and it’s answered... promptly. Nicole in the office is amazing. She helped us moved in and kept us well informed throughout the process. On top of that the amenities are great! Outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, sauna, dog park, playground, fire pits and more. It’s also conveniently located close to Sunrise and the LIE. I have lived here for 14 years and under the new management, the upgrades and amenities that have been added our gorgeous.
The maintenance team has improved. The office has improved. It’s easy to contact anyone and get any issues resolved. It’s a great place to live..
My children love being able to play outside in a safe space with all of the neighbors. The clubhouse has great amenities as well..
