They will not fix anything in the apartment, they do allow you to live with broken windows, they do fix them with a clear piece of tarp plastic and duct tape and the broken AC unit claiming they work, cause they turn on, and blow hot air. The Entrance way is molded once you step down the first flight of stairs to the basement you will find it hard to breathe with the amount of mold.
