Dunnwood Green

Pros: amazing staff, amenities, community, units, it’s a very fun place to live with very kind and welcoming people.

Cons: floors/ceilings paper thin and you hear everything above you. Entire unit shakes when neighbors walk above you, and if your neighbors have kids or dogs, you will never sleep. I can’t even work at home anymore. The intersection to turn onto Jefferson is also dangerous and there have been accidents (one just today).
I love this community, but sadly am probably going to... leave because I hate being in my apartment due to the noise issues. My neighbors who are not on the top floor have also shared their issues around this. It’s way too expensive a place to feel this way every time you are at home. Read More

This place is going to be amazing!!! I am so exited to be moving here and can’t wait to be in my home soon!!! The finishes are top notch gorgeous and the community has all the bells and whistles you could want without any of the actual responsibility of home maintenance. The Manager, Chamberlain, is so sweet and kind and an extreme professional. We’re very happy to be some of the first Dunwood families and are looking forward to creating lots of memories here!
