Safe and secure Gem on Leonard Ave
The newly renovated apartments feature stainless steel appliances and are truly impressive. The neighborhood offers a quiet and private atmosphere, making it ideal. You can make a solid walking/running plan. It is gorgeous in the fall!!! Amenities include a welcoming lobby, secure entry codes, a laundry room (and soon to be shared lounge), and each apartment door is equipped with a code and key entry. The owner is dedicated to enhancing the property, ensuring a modern and enjoyable living... experience. He is also very responsive and fair. Overall, it's an excellent place to call home.
