For what you pay for rent, this apartment complex is a very good option for living!
Brand new washers and dryers were installed in March. New and updated Wi-Fi as of January which is faster then the old Wi-Fi company. The building is one of the most secure places in Plattsburgh, you need keys to get into the building, apartment, and individual room. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient when attending requests.
Complementary coffee, computer lab with free printing, game room, movie room with... popcorn and soda machine, and mini food market for snacks, drinks, and meals.
Can be a little rowdy at times but understandable considering it is mainly off campus student housing. The office staff does try and do there absolute best helping tenants feel safe, comfortable, and happy! Read More
