Great Place
We hadn't rented in a long time, Mary and Tim made our stay at North Shore Apts so pleasant. They are prompt with repairs, responsive to any issue (we had very few) and if my father hadn't gotten sick and needed us to move in to care for him we would have remained at North Shore Apts. Drive was always plowed, lawn cared for and their handyman is the greatest! We recommend this place very highly.

I am in love.
I have grown up in various places around Plattsburgh. Every time I have driven by North Shore apartments I have always loved the look. I had friends who rented from here and every time I came to visit I would spend 85% of my time on the third floor patio. Finally, I was granted a good job and the opportunity to rent one of these apartments I have always admired. I am in love with my apartment! The landlords are always taking care of things, fixing the landscape, and talking to renters on a... regular basis. Great place for families. Great neighbors (I forget I have neighbors everyone is quiet.) everyone here is extremely friendly and welcoming. Even after I get into my own home I will continue to promote North Shore Apartments to everyone I know.
