You get what you pay for

The noise level in this place is terrible. Walls are way too thin, you can hear everyone above and below you. My specific unit is right next to the staircase of the building which has been a rough time, every time someone goes up the stairs in the morning or middle of the night it shakes my wall and wakes me up. Very very frustrating. Rooms are extremely small, but kitchen is fully renovated. They don’t give you a full fridge to live out of, and you have to live out of a mini fridge which is… probably the worst part about this place. It’s nearly impossible. I do not know the reasoning behind that but it’s terrible. Also, the kitchen is renovated but the oven is literally from the 60s. Overall, this is a decent place for a student which has worked perfectly for me as a student. They say it’s for “everyone” but in all honesty looking at the truth of how you’ll be living, it’s a student’s place. For the general population who are not students, I do not recommend this.

Literally anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been slow to fix and always a hassle, hate everyone I’ve encountered.

Worst apartments in plattsburgh

This place is terrible. Horribly run. Run down and just tries to nickel and dime you for everything. Strongly discourage you from living here.

We just want to mention that the place has a new management since February 2017 and that we cleaned up and renewed and replaced a lot of things and the new management has a very high interest in having… satisfied tenants and deliver good and clean rooms. We also replaced the maintenance staff to guarantee good quality. ;)
