There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, as well as central air conditioning. Tenant pays for heat and the utilities. All around the building/area there are public meters for parking or a permit can be obtained from the village to park at any of the six village parking lots.
- The apartment is in an excellent location for New York City commuters- Harlem Line to Grand Central. Train station is across the street from the apartment and parking permits are available at huge discounts for Pleasantville residents.
- The Pace University shuttle bus picks up and drops off students right outside the building or is a 10 minute walk to campus.
