Do not recommend
Apartments are nice and spacious. Building is extremely outdated. Elevator hasn’t been inspected in 10 years and always gets stuck. Constant issues with pipes causing water to be shut off building wide with no prior notice, yet nothing ever gets resolved. Management does not care.

No heat in the winter, only in the summer!
Lived here for many years and the landlords have the gas heat on a setting so that it comes on sporadically, but never when you need it. The other day it was 72 degrees and it came on (in August). But in the winter when it's 20 degrees at night it won't come on. Expect $300 electric bills in the winter from the electric heaters you'll use to keep warm!

Great price!
For a lower Westchester apartment this building offers below average pricing. The apartments have a lot of space and the neighborhood is fantastic. The only downfall is that the landlord is extremely difficult to get in contact with and The heat in the winter is not so great.
