    Nice on the surface only

    There are reasons why so many people move out of this complex every month. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are renovated, but after a little while the critters start coming out of the walls and your neighbors’ apartment is flooded, and another apartment is flooded and then another. Alarms go off regularly. Management is completely unresponsive to phone calls and e-mails when you have a problem. Maintenance tells you all the problems are due to the extreme age of the buildings. It’s… very sad because it’s a lovely complex and it’s really not that old.

    Only consider living here if you are looking for something short term. The first year is great, then reality starts to set in.
