DO NOT LIVE HERE

DO NOT RENT HERE. If you value your money as well as sanity, you will not live here. The apartments are inundated with roaches, mice, mold, water leaks, broken windows, the list goes on. They clearly don’t vet who they are renting to. People leave trash everywhere. Park their cars in fire lanes with no repercussions. Smoke in the apartments even though it’s against the “rules.” Management constantly lies or simply doesn’t communicate. The office is constantly closed for whatever reason. It’s… also a revolving door of staff. They try to force you into an insurance program that’s oh so conveniently added your rent each month. Did I mention mice and roaches? The ONLY good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance team is good. They’re very responsive and communicative. Other than that, save your money. Go elsewhere!

Don't live here

Great place to live if you want the terms of your lease broken, ridiculous rent increases every year, people honking and yelling in the parking lot at 7am every day including weekends, and radio silence from management. Apartments come with air conditioning units that will blow hot air into your building if they work at all. A cheap coat of paint is slapped on everything including the bathtub for new tenants and there's always a new problem. Calling this place a luxury complex is a flat out lie… and the amount they charge for the crappy conditions is obscene. Save yourself the money and sanity and keep looking.
