Don’t live here

It’s clear the owner and super don’t care about this building. Rat infested and is falling apart

Rachel Terrace Apt

This apartment is currently live in could be a gem. The area of Jamaica Ave where the stores are a block away, easy to grab a quick bite at the many fast food restaurant. The apartment is very space with the two bedrooms but the one bedroom is a little cramp. Sorry no three bedrooms in this apartment. Negative part is a believe the price is a little on the high side but if you want an apartment with a baloney over looking the Belmont race track then you will like living here. Parking space is... good, schools are near by and the Long Island railroad is one block away if you ever want to get to the city quick and in a hurry. Noise is control. This apartment is great for anyone whether your young or old , even if you don't have a vehicle to get you around there is plenty of transportation available even on late nights. My favorite is the laundry mat is open 24 hours in the building as well as a 24 hours one just down the block. A simple apartment for either the busy life or a calm life.
