Spacious

I absolutely love my apartment, it's spacious, has a lot of closets and a long entry hallway. BUT, after 13 years there, single parent of 2 teenagers and only one bedroom... we are busting out of the seems. I seep in the living room to give the girls some privacy. We continue to live there because it's a great building but the rent is very high. I am now paying $1487.00 for the one bedroom and cannot save for a larger place in the same building. Working 7days a week (one full-time and another... part-time) to pay for all the bills and my daughters college tuition. Being thankful for what we have everyday because I know things will get batter.

Regency Apts

The building was built in the 1960's it needs updates. The lobby still looks like its in the 1980's. The area however is a very good neighborhood.
