This apartment has a strict no-party policy and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is not allowed, with a minimum $250 penalty fee if there's smoking during your reservation. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. Earlier or later times are based on availability and can be requested one day prior, with an additional fee possibly applying.
