The new management is great. I emailed Robert garden's to see if they had any availability and got a response fast! Had no availability but took my information and put me on a wait list. Very nice and professional hope to hear from them soon!

I can absolutely agree with and confirm what another review stated regarding the lack of professionalism from the property manager! I recently noticed this site clearly says there are 1 and 2 bedrooms available. So, I dropped off an application to Robert Gardens and then politely emailed the manager Michelle to verify they received it. I received a one-sentence email back stating "I have nothing at this time". I feel as if this company needs to respectfully train this manager on how to... correspond in a friendly, professional manner. In terms of the property itself, it's beautiful and tucked away perfectly right next to shopping centers, etc. The buildings are older but decently well-kept. I was thinking of renting an apartment at this complex so I emailed the office and asked if they had any 1 or 2 bedrooms available to rent after the holidays. In response a lady named Michelle sent me back a blank email with an application attached. Again no message no thank you for inquiring and just totally ignored my question. I sent her an email back asking her if there was an application fee and what apartments would be available and how much the rent would be. This time Michelle completely... ignored me and sent me nothing back, not even a blank email this time lol. As a customer relations manager I was absolutely appalled by not only the unapologetic rudeness of this woman but that this complex would allow such an unprofessional woman represent them. I made sure to tell all my family and friends not to rent here and I found a much better complex to rent in. Read More

Location, Location, Location! This place is in a perfect spot, within walking distance to the Lake George Trolley, about 20 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and right next store to shopping centers. Not only is the place clean, roomy, and well landscaped, the staff is excellent and very accommodating to your needs as tenants and people. You will not get a better apartment in the region for the price. It is an absolute winner in my mind!
