Parties are not allowed on the premises, and quiet hours are observed from 8 pm to 9 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Guests are responsible for returning all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental. Guests must notify management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit. Guests must maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture; coasters are provided. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. Guests are responsible for all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. Any damages found in the unit will be the guest's responsibility to cover replacement costs. A security deposit of up to $3000 is required and will be processed using the guest’s credit card. No pets are allowed without written permission.
