Disappointed
One star is still too generous for this place.
I have lived here for about a year, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Management makes promises they have no intention of keeping. We pay full rent prices, yet there are no meaningful amenities available. Residents are left paying premium rates for a property that does not deliver what was promised.
The community is poorly maintained. Trash is frequently left around the complex, and many residents fail to pick up after their dogs... . The area often feels neglected and unsafe.
The biggest issue is management’s lack of accountability. I made an agreement with them regarding my garage space. I agreed to give it up based on their promise that I would be moved to a parking spot directly in front of my apartment once the remaining garages were completed. Now they refuse to honor that agreement, claiming the employee who handled it failed to document it. That is not my responsibility, yet I am the one being penalized.
On top of that, residents regularly smoke around the property, and dogs are often walked without leashes, creating an uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe environment.
If you are considering renting here, my advice is simple: don’t. There are far better places where management actually respects its residents, keeps its promises, and maintains the property properly.
