The location on the river is amazing and there's plenty of perks to living at EH. Maintenance crew is awesome. They take great care of the units and the grounds and are very friendly and considerate when entering and working around your unit. When they are available the leasing and local management staff is helpful and nice.

The apartments are kept up well and the townhouses, while pricey, offer a lot more than many places in the area. Included internet from Greenlight is a godsend and rock… solid for anyone WFH. Basic Spectrum cable is included. For anyone with pets, the area is very dog friendly with easy walk on the river and dog stations. You're 2 minutes from the highway and downtown and South Wedge has so much going on.

The problems... it's a target for the surrounding neighborhood and right on a major ambulance route and traffic. There's upsides and downsides to that. You're right in the middle and near everything, but it's loud. Mt Hope is essentially a drag strip in the middle of the night. I had my car broken into and outside of "we've talked to the police about it" nothing is done by the property to increase visible cameras or further secure the property. Packages are frequently stolen and there's no access for drivers to deliver to the leasing office if the staff is not there which is more frequent then not as Conifer bounces their leasing coordinators to other properties to cover. There was talks of a secure package room but nothing was ever done about it.

The location is very beautiful. Genesee trail right outside the apartment. The views are amazing. Very close to downtown and Strong hospital.
The staff is very helpful and always welcoming. The maintenance requests are quickly looked and they start working on it right away. Very clean corridors and covered parking option. I love this place.

Despite repeated requests to not enter our apartment without us being home, our apartment was entered into on numerous occasions without our consent. Our dogs, both of whom have had traumatic experiences with humans prior to our adopting them were repeatedly subjected to forced and unlawful entry by the staff of this complex to apparently take care of so-called "routine maintenance" issues.

All of this, despite phone calls being made to management about the legality of entering a paying… tenants home without notice or without the owners being present.

Complaints to the office staff were met with disinterest, and worse yet,with ridicule. In particular, Samantha in the office was incompetent in dealing with our complaints at best, and apathetic and disinterested at worst.
