Bethann did such a great job showing us apartments!! She’s so friendly and great to talk to. We thought the units would be out of our price, but I swear she has a sixth sense because she found the perfect unit for us. We’re so excited to move in!!

Well she was a big selling point and I cannot recommend Bethann enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only is she incredibly sweet and kind, but she is truly on top of her game—she didn’t miss a single detail. The apartment I moved into is stunning, and I’m still blown away by how fast and easy the entire process was. If you want to work someone who is professional, efficient, and genuinely a joy to be around, Bethann is the best person to call! They always... have something opening up all around the area :)

I love my new little home! Bethann is extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She always responds when I need her. My one bedroom apartment is a nice size and the location is perfect.
