Rustic Village

As of 9/25/22, they have rodents. They do the bare minimum to take care of it. You can hear them running in your walls. When I called maintenance they said “it a die eventually”. We said what else can we do they said we recommend getting a cat. If you get your own pest control you have to pay for any other damages done by the rodents from that point.

I spent 2 years in RV, here are some things I like about RV: great place to walk around here after dinner; the swimming pool and free car wash in summer; nice employees here and easy to communicate; good location(close to Costco, Asian market and universities)

Nice buildings, great landscaping, but a lot of the people are really rude, awful people. I get distracted from school because of my neighbor's child screaming, people not following basic decency, leaving dogs off leash and letting them use the bathroom everywhere without picking it up.
A lot of the people are aggressive and entitled, thinking rules only apply to everyone else and never them.
It almost seems as though Rustic strategically enforces rules for some people.

The pictures and amenities advertised actually look the same if not better in real life. After looking at three other locations, I was super impressed at the organization and the professionalism of the management staff. I was shown the actual apartment I could move into instead of a dressed up model. I had a minor maintenance request that was addressed and fixed within literally hours. The apartment itself looks great and is very well maintained to where I felt like I was moving into a high end… hotel room. Most if not all the sound from neighbors and the street are blocked from inside my bedroom. My neighbors in the building come from a broad range of backgrounds and professions.
