I have been living here at Westbrooke Commons for 8 years and it has been very nice. It is close to good schools and also close to places for shopping. We have a swimming pool, fitness center and there is a playground for children. I have never had any issue with my neighbor. It is quiet. The maintenance crew is quick to come to fix any issue you might have. Really a great place to live at.

I’ve been living at Westbrooke Commons for 3 years now, and overall, I’ve been very satisfied with my experience. The community is well-maintained, and any issues that have come up have always been handled relatively quickly and professionally. It’s been a comfortable and reliable place to call home, and I appreciate the consistent level of service from the management team.

Hello,
While I am not pursuing a social scene, living close to work-with
easy access to a variety of stores and services and, highly
important for me, many hiking and biking trails in the area-
makes everyday life incredibly convenient.
The Management Director, Dana, and maintenance team here
have always been reliable, efficiently handling any unexpected
situations.
The ongoing enhancements, recently new building roofs, and
upcoming security lighting and park benches, throughout the
community,... along with some excellent updates in my
apartment, truly reflect a commitment to resident living,
community, and satisfaction.
In our community's office building -home to a great gym -I
recently, discovered a 24/7 conference room that will become
an invaluable resource for keeping up with my personal work in
a quiet, relaxing setting when I need to temporarily get away.
By the way, I have just begun living her for the sixth year!!

Lived here 3 years. Neighborhood is safe and friendly, maintenance requests are resolved promptly, and great location to get anywhere in Rochester or pop on the thruway.
