We have had a fly infestation since we moved into the apartment almost two years ago. Management has not tried to get to the root of the problem and told us "there is no problem to fix" despite seeing the dozens of dead flies all over our apartment. On top of that, rent was increased 18% year over year with no solution to the infestation

We have had a fly infestation in our apartment for the entire duration of our two years here and the problem has not been solved. We pick up dozens of dead flies every day and no one in building management has thought it necessary to get to the root of the problem. On top of that, rent was increased 18% from year one to year two even though we were living among bugs
