Good!

I lived here for a year and this complex is one of the nicer Fairfield locations by far. It is very conveniently located to Sunrise Highway and downtown Sayville, as well as the train station. Overall, the complex was small and quiet and I had no issues with my apartment, as it was updated and clean. The lack of amenities ( No gym, no pool, no washer/dryer in unit but there are adequate facilities on site) and lack of parking at times were the only downsides.

Beautiful, Spacious Apartments

I've been a resident here for 15 years. Rather than complaining like most people. I would like to say I love my apartment, the maintenance staff and size of apartments. Sayville is a town we call home as well as our Fairfield Apartment!
