If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The building is infested with roaches, and no matter how many times you report it, nothing gets properly fixed. There are constant plumbing backups, and when maintenance finally shows up, they just put band-aids on problems instead of real repairs.

Management tries to act like the property has been “fully renovated,” but don’t be fooled — it’s just a cosmetic cover-up. Underneath the fresh paint, everything is falling apart.

And the property... manager, Chris, makes everything worse. He’s rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He gets in tenants’ faces and acts confrontational instead of helpful. It’s honestly intimidating and completely unacceptable behavior from someone in that position.

Smells like smoke in the units, outside has not been updated with landscaping. Entry ways and stairs are dirty and sandy from the sand tracked in from outside. Worst of all the train comes every 20 mins into the night and is very loud. Very low level apartments.
