I lived at 916 Kings Rd Rotterdam NY for 4-years Unfortunately this come to light; my high monthly Electric Bill. Because I had my electric turned off a few days before month end I was going back there to check on things and realized the hall lights were all connected to my NIAMO BILL that I paid every month. So for 4-years I was paying the Landlord Serafini’s electric bill for that building. Then when I wanted my full security back the apartment was immaculate... when I left; they only gave me two installments of three stating I only paid two installments not three.
