Loved my Apartment
I lived at Court Royale Apartments for 1 year and LOVED it!
I had a garden level( lower level) apartment which looked out onto a perfectly manicured lawn/back yard area. There was plenty of room for us to play outside during the summer months and pull a sled around during the winter season. We enjoyed our team all year round.
The inside of the apartment was VERY clean. I never had any issues with rodents or bugs. The heat and hot water were always available and the AC was a HUGE plus during… the hot summer months. The storage unit on site was a godsend, especially f you have lots of seasonal toys/equipment/clothes. It was a clean, temperature controlled room easily accessible from my back door. How convenient!!!
Speaking of convenient, there were several restaurants, gas stations and Mohawk Commons which were just a few minutes away. Downtown Schenectady was just about a 10 minute Uber should you decide to enjoy the night life and need a ride home.
The maintenance staff( Mo and Rick) were very approachable and helpful with any needs that I had. They even helped push my car out of the snow one morning. They gave adequate notice if they needed to enter the apartment for maintenance and always greeted me/my family with a smile or a wave.
I recommend this apartment complex because the management genuinely cares about their tenants. Kay and Lyda ( office management) made the process to move in/out smooth and painless. If the staff arent enough, the apartments themselves are clean and have lots of parking. I enjoyed my time at Court Royale. The only reason that I left was because I purchased a home, otherwise I would have stayed. You'll love it!Review from Apartments.com
