Imperial Gardens

The apartment office on Union Road is a joke. The ladies there are sitting there for nothing. Obviously not doing their job. Terrible experience. You call them to file a complaint, they will put you on hold and the call will be disconnected. By the amount of rent you pay, this place is not worth it

This place is infested with roaches. Even with bringing in an exterminator and making my own solutions, the roaches all over the bathroom and kitchen. No regulation on smell either. The place smells awful too, lot of smoking and burned food smell. Visitors have to “clock in” when parked and there is only 7 days worth of visitors parking allowed. If parking goes over, the car is towed. Also, there are only 5 visitors spots for this whole place. So if they’re taken, your visitor can’t park... anywhere. The neighborhoods nearby don't allow street parking either. This place is not worth the rent. At all. Read More
