Would always recommend Upstate Management
Living here made me feel like I was right at home. Andy and Kristen go above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of. Any issue I came across they solved almost immediately. If I was still in Syracuse without a doubt I would return to them.

Best management + apartments ever- seriously
The apartments are spotlessly clean upon move in, well renovated, and set back from the streets. Plenty of parking, and a nice yard set them apart.
Andy- the owner and manager of upstate management is truly the best landlord in the world. Have an issue? It's fixed asap. Need help? he's got it. He truly cares about his tenants rights and safety, and understands that we are all humans.
I would move here again in a heartbeat!
