Nice Place

Initially, I leased a two-bedroom apartment in the building, and subsequently, I relocated to the townhouses. The townhouses are quite pleasant, the neighbors are friendly, and the surrounding area is notably tranquil. Additionally, the location is conveniently situated in the heart of everything.

Amazing place and supportive office!

I have lived in Syracuse for 6 years. Madison tower gave me the best renting experiences.
1. The mail room was wonderful. It was safe and convenient.
2. The office was just downstairs and very reachable. The staffs were extremely supportive, helpful and flexible. They are soooo much nicer than most renting offices.
3. They returned me the FULL deposit. I did not hire anyone to clean or spent much time cleaning my apartment before moving out. I did move out all the things and the apartment was… not dirty or damaged. But you know many renting offices like to take deposit money from renter to make some last money. But Madison tower gave me the full amount!
4. The maintenance came to repair things in very quickly even during COVID19.
5. They respond to emails fast! Easy to communicate!

I am satisfied to everything! They price was reasonable. Parking garage was great. Pet friendly community. I recommend it to you all!

Excellent Apartment

Nice, affordable, conveniently-located apartment in the heart of Syracuse. Great for students at nearby Upstate Medical or Syracuse University.
Excellent building management that communicates well and is prompt at addressing anything you need to contact them about. Common areas kept clean, even before covid-19, and I never once saw even the smallest bug in my apartment, so they're also very on the mark when to comes to pest control.
Overall, I highly recommend Madison Towers.

NO HOT WATER

NO HOT WATER FOR 1 MONTH AND COUNTING. DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is not compensating cost and is no longer providing options to shower in vacant apartments. No notifications or emails or anything to let us know they are still trying to fix it or not. They had signs out but have removed all of them. It looks like they have just let us live here with no hot water indefinitely. They removed the signs ironically right before the big wave of apartment viewings started for the next school year.… Trying to hide their problems. Do not rent here.

Thanks for submitting your review on Madison Towers. We appreciate your concern and understand your frustrations. We wanted to make sure that our residents and prospective residents have the correct information; as we are and have been transparent… with the current water situation:

1) The water issue has been intermittent from March 19, 2019 - March 25, 2019 (6 days). On March 25, 2019 - that issue was repaired.

2) A separate but similar water issue arose on April 1, 2019. We have been working diligently with the city of Syracuse; several engineers; and plumbers to rectify this intermittent problem. While we understand that this certainly is an inconvenience, Madison Towers has been forthcoming and transparent with residents and prospects whether through notices, emails, phone calls, or resident meetings. Our goal is to fix the problem in an efficient way as soon as possible.

Again, thank you for you time and we do understand this is a challenging and inconvenient situation. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to the management office or the corporate office. Thank you!
