bad customer service
I finally got a reply that there is an apartment available but when I asked to tour it....I got ghosted! Pity because the apartments are beautiful but it scares me of what kind of management they have

Won't Return Calls
I have called five times to inquire about an apartment and had to leave a messages with the assurance I would get a return call. I have yet to get a return call from anybody. Really?
