It would be nicer to get quicker email replies. Besides that, it is a great place to stay. I just want to know what apartment number I have for the upcoming year.

This apartment is amazing. I'm in a university studio and it's very spacious. The rooms are definitely not equal in size, but I lucked out with a big one. The amenities are nice but not amazing. For example, there are little annoyances like the shades being cheap and easily broken and the lack of counter space. As for the other services in the apartment, it's so nice to have a gym but it is small and some machines are broken. I injured myself and had to use the shuttle which like for most of the... things in the 505 are MOSTLY reliable. I would recommend people to live here. We had a run in with disrespectful neighbors but that's not a fair generalization for the apartment as a whole. I've only submitted one maintenance request, and it was taken care of very fast.

Resident experience thus far has been mostly what I expected. Only items that were slightly surprising was the size of the gym and the WiFi not working in the workspace downstairs.

Awesome place.....there is no better environment to live while at SU - makes my dad (who graduated many years ago) jealous that he and his friends resorted to a dump of a house
