Well managed, locally owned lofts!!!

We've lived at Walier Lofts for almost 4 years. Owners live nearby and take good care of the property.
No rent increases since I moved in either!

Owner is money hungry

I wouldn't recommend renting from the owner of this building. The owners are money hungry. The apartments haven't been updated since the initial renovation in 2001 and they are charging for upscale lofts. The wind comes through the windows in the winter, the appliances are outdated, and the owners are terrible to work with. Hopefully you decide to look elsewhere.
